This is my second time working with Ingrid and as always it was a great experience. Ingrid is a very dedicated agent with tons of expertise. She also takes charge of her position during the whole selling/buying process. This time we did a full septic replacement for the sale to go thru and she took care of all the paperwork and dealt with the engineers, designers and contractors from beginning to end. This whole process happened while I live out of state and couldn’t have happened without her. Most agents will only show homes to potential buyers or put it on a website for the sellers, but Ingrid is the agent you need if you require
more than that.

Ingrid sets the standard for agents. In this crazy market, it took us approximately 5 months to find our home. We encountered many hurdles in both the search and purchase. Ingrid is someone you want in your corner throughout it all-and we are so thankful we had her on our team! She is extremely diligent and always knows what is going on and what the next step is/needs to be. When our septic inspection failed, Ingrid knew exactly how to the handle the process and got the ball rolling in a matter of hours after receiving the report. If her results and work ethic weren’t enough, she is also someone you WANT to go through the process with. She is so friendly and down to earth; we even had other agents at open houses commenting to us how much they enjoyed working with her. Ingrid becomes your partner in finding your home. The process of buying a house always comes with stress and questions, but you could not ask for someone better to get you through it. We are so thankful for Ingrid and our family’s new home.
